Combine shipping at the highest shipping rate of all the items you buy in a one day period. For each additional item bought in a one day (24 hour) period, please add $0.20 US. for each card. "Items are shipped from Canada and due to that fact our shipping costs are little higher then what it would cost to ship the same item to Canada from the U.S.!
